We want you to love the jewelry.  We inspect your new accessories before they are shipped. However, we do allow exchanges and/or store credits for damaged accessories up to 5 days after receipt of your items. No refunds will be given. You must email us within 5 days of receipt for return/exchange instructions. Be sure to include your name, order number, and a picture of the item you would like to return. Sorry, we cannot refund shipping.
